Have you received a damaged/faulty product?
We will always try our best to ensure you receive your products in the best possible condition. Unfortunately, however, sometimes parcels can be damaged in transit through no fault of our own. To help us ensure the best possible outcome, we recommend inspecting your products as soon as possible for any damage or defects. If any are found, then please notify us within 2 working days of receiving the delivery. Photographic evidence of the product and packaging is required to secure a replacement or refund. Would you like to cancel your order?
If you have changed your mind after making a purchase, don’t worry, you can cancel your order as long as you contact us within 24 hours of placing it. To do so please call us on 01924 938 911 or email firstname.lastname@example.org so that we’re able to put all the necessary steps in place to cancel the order and refund you if necessary.
