How it works?
First things first, you need to measure the wall you want to soundproof. Grab a tape measure and take note of the height and the width of your wall. Make sure you measure to the very edge of the wall.
Once you have the height and width of your wall, head to the MuffleBarrier product page and input your wall measurements into the calculator. The calculator will inform how many packs you need to purchase in order to cover your wall, once you have this add the required number of packs to your basket.
Once you have the MuffleBarrier tiles in your basket, it’s time to decide on the panelling you want on top. Choose from MuffleTimber, MuffleCork, Autex Composition, Fluffo Soft panels, and BuzziSkin. Once you have decided on your finish, head to the product page of your chosen product and using the calculator, input your wall measurements again to get the number of panels/packed required for your wall. Once you have this, add the product to your basket.
The final step is simply to purchase your products and wait for their arrival!

How to Install
This soundproofing solution has been specifically designed to offer hassle-free installation.
Unlike other soundproofing that often involves wall removal, our soundproofing can be applied directly on top of your existing wall which reduces costs, time, and effort.
Prior to installation, ensure your wall(s) are clean and dry. As the tile calculator rounds up the number of tiles needed to the nearest whole, you may need to cut one of your tiles down to size to fit the wall perfectly. To do this, simply measure your wall and cut off any excess on the last tile to make it fit. To get a clean cut, we recommend using a Stanley knife.
Align the tile against your wall, then peel the protective layer from the back of the tile to reveal the adhesive layer underneath. Press the tile against the wall, applying pressure across the entire tile to ensure the wall and adhesive have met. Hold in place for several seconds.
Repeat step 2 for each tile across until the entire wall is covered.
Once all the MuffleBarrier tiles have been applied and secured, install the decorative finish of your choice with the installation instructions for that product.
